Entrance Information

We are located at 274 West Main Street in Victor, above C&R Vision. When you pull in, drive up the slope on the left side of the building to the back parking lot and you will see our entrance. Please avoid entering through C&R Vision.

Booking Policy

All guests will be asked to provide a credit card to reserve an appointment. Some color services will also require a deposit in order to book. The deposit amount varies depending on the service.

Cancellation Policy

While we understand things come up last minute, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for all appointment changes. If rescheduling or canceling within the 48 hour time frame, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be required before booking a new appointment.

A no call, no show or a cancellation within 3 hours of your appointment will require 75% payment of the missed service. A no show may also result in us not accepting your appointment requests in the future.

Please remember, this is our livlihood. When you cancel last minute or don’t show up for your appointment we are affected financially and miss the opportunity to service clients on our wait list.

Fees will be waived for emergencies and illness.

Arrival

We understand situations may arise that can cause you to run late for your appointment. If this happens, please call us to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your service but may need to adjust depending on lateness. If we are running behind, we will extend the same courtesy to you.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we will no longer allow children under the age of 10 in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

Sickness

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. With how closely we work with our clients, we want to make sure we keep everyone, including our team members healthy. It is much easier for us to reschedule one client who isn’t feeling well than it is to reschedule a whole day (or more) of clients if we get sick.

If you are visibly ill when you arrive, you will be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation fees are waived for all illnesses.
