Alicia was drawn to the art of hairdressing at a young age and has been pursuing that passion ever since. It has always been a dream of hers to open a salon and in 2016 she made that dream a reality.

As a Certified Color Specialist and a former Educator, Alicia believes in the importance of continuing education and paying attention to detail. She prides herself in the ability to tailor services specifically for her clients to give them the best experience possible.

“The stylist-client relationship is special. They sit in our chairs, open their lives up to us and trust us to make them look and feel good. To me, there’s no better feeling than helping build someone’s confidence like that.”

Alicia’s specialties include Blonding, Long Hair and Color Corrections.

New Talent Stylist

Jenna attended Cosmetology at Shear Ego and graduated in 2019. While she was there, she found her passion for the art of hair and the creativity that comes with it.

“I strive to provide the best guest experience possible and believe open, transparent communication plays a huge role in that. Having a thorough consultation with each guest is so important and I take pride in my ability to customize services for anyone who sits in my chair while maintaining the integrity of their hair.”

Jenna is a well rounded stylist and loves all things blonde, especially lived in looks that are soft and natural. She also enjoys doing clipper cuts and fades.

Makayla graduated from Shear Ego in 2025 and is excited to expand her knowledge and continue to grow behind the chair. She believes your salon visit should be more than just a hair appointment. It should be a chance to slow down, practice self-care and leave feeling refreshed. Her goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where every guest can relax, recharge and walk out of the salon feeling like the best version of themselves.

“Hair is important, but creating an experience where my clients can relax, unwind and take time for themselves is what means the most to me.”

Makayla will be working closely with our Salon Owner to complete our Assistant Training Program.
